Hyaluronic Acid & Collagen Fillers
Dermal fillers main constituent is Hyaluronic Acid which is also a constituent of Collagen found in the skin. The Hyaluronic Acid helps plump up the skin and will remain under the skin for several months before it is eventually absorbed.
Dermal fillers are exceptionally effective at treating the face, plumping lips and cheeks, restructuring jaw lines and chins, correcting acne scars, and can even improve the look of the nose through a non-surgical nose job.
Some dermal fillers also contain an element of local anaesthetic and this is particularly the case with the gels we use to plump up lips. Lips can be a more tender area to treat so the addition of the anaesthetic helps make this a comfortable procedure.
